23 weeks pregnant and experiencing pain on right side

Good afternoon dear moms! This is my first pregnancy so I am all new about what is normal and what is not. I am 23 weeks pregnant and it has been almost two weeks I have been experiencing pain on my right side, above my stomach. The pain usually happens when I sit, which I do a lot as my job is sedentary and I also drive a lot. In the beginning, I thought it was some kind of cramps and the pain was rare, but now it is on and off as well but more persistent. My OB appointment is scheduled next week, so I have been waiting till my appointment but I am still worried if this is something serious. can any of you give me some suggestion? thank you

It might be the position of the baby. I had that when I was pregnant with my 6 month old son. But all was fine. As long as your not bleeding and you can feel the baby moving then your fine
