31 weeks pregnant and measuring 33 and already head down.At 28 weeks I measured 29. Depending on what baby does by the next midwife appointment I could have to have scan. Are these charts accurate should I expect a big baby or even a early baby.??

Everyone says they never get it right but ours was pretty bang on. He was measuring big. They induced us at 38 weeks. We had a scan they say before and he measured at 8lb 10oz, he came out the day after at 8lb 13oz at 38+3 weeks xx

Thanks it's nice to hear first hand from other people. My first measured correct everytime I saw the midwife and he was 8lb 1oz This one Is measuring 2 weeks ahead already 🙄 x

I was always measuring exactly right for my dates but I ended up having a 10lb 1oz baby and she was 12 days late.

My midwife guessed she would be around 8lb so she and the chart were very wrong x

I don't see how they can go from a chart either but I'm.not carrying more water and they have gone from my previous babies weight too x

I dread to think what they will predict for my next baby 😂. My bump was quite small so no one was expecting a 10lb baby lol x

My bumps massive 😮 I'm already nearly as big as I was at 39 weeks 😂 x

Someone I work with was massive and she had a 8lb 10oz baby I couldn’t believe it 😂 x

With your second/third etc your bump is likely to get bigger sooner ... the joys of over stretched muscles

I was measuring huge with my first and he was only six pound seven oz i was all water i was that big they were expecting a 9 pounder at least with my first

The charts are not accurate in my experience. At 34 weeks our estimated weight was 6lb 8oz, all measurements were in range including normal waters and when she was born at 39+2 she only weighed 5lb 2oz, so unless my child shrunk? I wouldn't put too much focus on them. X
