If you suspect you are constipated, you should increase your water intake+loads of fibre in your diet. If it doesn't clear in few days, talk to your pharmacist or gp.

constipation is the most likely cause and Zane's advice is good. It can be caused by a whole load of things, stress, eating badly for a few days, taking certain medications. For some people being away from home and the toilet they usually use.

Fluids are really important, drink lots
