Success after chemical pregnancy?

We are trying for number 2 via IVF due to male factor infertility and after a strong positive last Wednesday the tests have now faded to negative. Still coming to terms with our loss and wondering what it means for my future ability to conceive and sustain a pregnancy. If anyone has experienced a chemical pregnancy and gone on to have success I’d appreciate it if you could share your experience, feeling pretty despondent right now. Xx

Hi there, sorry to hear this. I have had a chemical but not had ivf. I did however go on to conceive a couple of months after that. All the best x

Sorry to hear this. I had a miscarriage followed by a chemical pregnancy. I’ve since gone on to have 2 healthy boys (not had ivf though). Hope it works out for you x
