Hi all.... first of all apologies for the subject at hand but I am going up the walls. There has been no change in diet for me, however my little 5 months who is exclusively breastfeed is having poop troubles. It all started 3 days ago when suddenly went to just one very painful poop a day. Baby is crying and kicking and right after I change the nappy falls asleep due to the exhaustion. Baby usually poop several times a day. It’s breaking my heart cause I do not know how to help. She is also crying for 3 hrs before falling asleep at night but I guess that I will need to check or create another post.
Thanks to all in advance

Hey Hunni , my little girls used to have problems pooping have you tried an ounce of orange juice with an ounce of boiled water or try some sugar water . Then if you can put some vasiline on a cotton bud by the poop area to moisture it when ready to go! I hope that helps a little xx 😘
Make an appointment to see the doctor for your baby
As they are 5 months I would definitely try giving them some prune puree, gets things going avoid sugary stuff as they shouldn't be having anything like that this young
Hi you could try including the Pune juice in your diet. This would help as she would get it from your breast milk. This worked wonders for my nephew who had this problem. Hope this helps
Thanks for your concern. It has only helped a little bit. She is doing 2 very painful poops a day maybe I should increase the dosage and deal with the concexuenses my end. Lol
