Pethadine and cocodamol to help with early labour then just gas and air from 5cm had a pool birth got init at 6 push for less than 30mins. Would definitely recommend pool births. Easy to move around in when in pain nd slightly takes ur mind off them.best moment of my life pains where very very tough but moment you see your bundle of pure love. All the pains go put the window. Hope you all have a wonderful healthy baby no matter what things intend for you they r so worth it 💖
