Can you eat anything? Being on an an empty stomach can make you sicker. Try to eat foods that don't smell strong. Like wholemeal digestive biscuits. Or ginger biscuits. You might not feel tge difference straight away but they help.

2. Make sure you drink enough and brush teeth and / or neutralise your mouth after vomiting. Your teeth can rot in no time otherwise. Like one of mine did and I have strong healthy and hard teeth.

3. Try to sleep and rest as tiredness makes vomiting worse.

4. Go out to eat something.

5. See your GP. They can medicate you.

Good luck. I've been there. It kind of started to stop after 14 weeks. It is very hard and exhausting. Take care you don't overexert your stomach when vomiting.
