Hi, I actually lost my mucus plug at around 28 weeks, my midwife said you can loose it at any time and if you dont go into labour or your waters dont break within a week it can regrow!

I hope this helps xx

Weird question but how do you know what it is? I’ve had a few white discharge moments over the past few months. Got period type cramping at the moment which kind of started last night and I’m 34 weeks tomorrow

Oh you will know when you see it. It's not just white discharge it's like s blob of jelly/snot particularly gross & sticky ... When I had mine I knew straight away that what it was.

Hey am 35 weeks today with my second pregnancy, when i went into labour with my first my muscus plug came out in the hospital as i went toliet so i got to see how it looks like it can be anything from clear mucus with small blood or no blood at all to dark mucus with dark blood on it. There are examples online if it will helps. Last night I couldn't sleep soon as it came out i started feeling sharp pains in my lower back sides and abdomen but luckily they've stopped so amma see how today goes .x

Thanks to you both. Can’t believe you can get many google images of shows but it’s helpful.

I’m probably at no show but these period cramps are a constant dull ache. At least one positive of pregnancy, no periods for a bit

I’ve got a breech any. The head is jammed under my ribs. Last night punches just underneath my boobs. Can’t bend my torso at all and after eating I have to lie down.

The sonographer was shocked about how far up the baby is but said at least I’m not peeing all the time as she’s nowhere near engaging.

Oh woow I can't imagine how uncomfortable you must be feeling, you tried yoga positions? My midwife recommended it to me.

Yes been doing prenatal yoga for a couple of months now which gives a little bit of room. I enjoy the relaxation part of it more though

It looks unlike anything you have seen before. It is a round disk shaped flat cream skin colour plug. It seems solid and sturdy but don't think it has any cartilage.

It isn't think, perhaps 2 mm in height.

Mine was about 1-2cm in diameter.

It was in my underwear, just before my waters broke.

Hope that helps
