You can take gaviscon for the heartburn. For the sickness, try eating little and often and snacking on plainer things. I found that snacking on nuts or plain crackers before getting out of bed in the morning helped relieve the sickness slightly. Ginger biscuits helped too. Unfortunately nothing cured it!

Thanks

Unsure if this will be helpful or not - I'm now 19 weeks but during my first trimester I did feel nauseous but as soon as I ate little and often, it settled down. Thankfully I haven't actually been full on sick.

Take care.
