Hi, I'm new to all this I've had two positives home test and I've had a bit of spotting since yesterday night,so I rang up the doctors this morning and tomorrow I have to do another wee sample so the doctors can confirm that I am, I've had some of the early signs of pregnancy in the past couple of days. Is there anything else I need to look out for?

I've had a hot bath this evening and it's helped with the light cramps I've been having, other then that I've had a restful day but as the day gone on I've become more tired then normal. Just hope the test the doctors do will come back positive like the 2 test I took at home. Xx

I have to do a wee sample tomorrow at doctors for them to test and they said they will ring me when it's back but that's something I will mention when it comes back

It's very rare to get false positives as the tests nowadays are so accurate. Congratulations 😊 Spotting could be implantation bleeding (I had this with my previous pregnancy). Cramps are also normal - it's your uterus stretching. I had these too. If the bleeding gets heavy and/or has clots then go to your doctor/early pregnancy unit. Other possible symptoms can include fatigue, nausea, sore boobs, bloating, flatulence, dizziness, aches and pains, glowing skin / worse acne prone skin, heartburn, aversions to food, healthier looking hair and nails. There can be lots! Not everyone gets symptoms though so you may only get one or two or could get most of them! Everyone is different. Good luck xxx

Did you talk to the doctor about it when you went for your test? It might be worth ringing NHS direct if it's heavy and/or bright red or go to your local early pregnancy unit to get them to check you out xx
