Unless you were putting sperm directly into you're vagina you can not get pregnant without penetration.

Ovulation happens around day 14... (So you are fertile around day 10-16) But if you don't have sex you don't get pregnant. Your post is very vague in detail. Tho so I'm not sure in what kind of activity you have been engaging that you think might make you pregnant

While having a foreplay accidentally my sperm was leaked on the bottom side of the vagina. But it didn't go inside. It happened in the 5'th day of her periods. So is there any chance of getting pregnant.

Unlikely but if you don't want a baby you must use contraceptives.
