Pregnancy help!

I've took numerous tests all come back positive, booked in with the doctor as the receptionist said that's what I need to do, no appointments till mod August..

But I keep getting pains in my abdomen, almost like a dull ache, period pain like. It's on and off not constant.. anyone know what this is? Or reasoning behind it?

I have phoned the doctors today and they said they'd get a doctor to call me but haven't received any call yet.

Thanks.

I had period type cramping all the way from 2 weeks onwards and also stabbing pains in my groin. I'm 22 weeks and all is well. After googling thought it's probably round ligament pain or just due to things stretching.

The midwife is supposed to see you within 10 weeks for a booking appointment. Some people have had to go to the gp first but I was lucky and just booked direct with the midwife. Still felt like a massive wait!

Could you go to a walk in centre if you feel you need an appointment sooner? Or call NHS 111 for advice x
