My right breast is tender

my right breast started feeling tender yesterday. I thought i must have slept on it funny , but no period as im pretty sure i was meant to come on today. There's no lumps or nothing at all. my right breast also feels bigger and my nipple also feels a bit tender\sensitive. also looks a bit veiny . Anyone else had this and what was their result please , im 20 years old . My dads sister had BC i think when she was 40 . But I've read that BC is common in woman at the age off 40+. My mum has never had BC but she's had a cyst once. And that BC is very rare at my age. . I keep eating loads today and needing the toilet for a wee .

Have you taken a pregnancy test if you got no period?

If you are concerned about breast cancer or breast pain please see your gp, as no one can tell you what you have or haven't got from the Internet. Breast cancer is rare is people in their 20s but none the less check it out

no i thought ill wait a couple days in case its one off them moments it just a few days late . But I've never had tender breast pain like this , it could be growing pains,hormonal change ,i have no idea ,im not saying BC im just stating my dads sister had it and would this follow me?,im asking to see if people have had the similar as me and what their result was?. but i will do thanks.
