Back pain in pregnancy

Hi I am 19 weeks pregnant on Tuesday, I am suffering from back pain laying down and sitting seems to make it worse. I am also having pains In my knees, and in general I wake up so tired and weak. Has anyone else experienced this ?

I'm 18 weeks, not normally anaemic but feeling tired. Taking low dose iron supplements might help (don't take full dose 14mg tablets unless you're anaemic for sure).

I take 1 spoon of Feroglobin and feel more energetic now. Takes about a week to work.

Also yes to back pain. I feel as though I have to move position a lot when lying down!

A small cushion between the knees helps worth back pain.

Thank you I'll try that. I am low iron have been taking iron tablets prescribed but run out 4 days ago now, have to contact doctor for a repeat prescription I think, as my body seems to depend on them was hoping after having them for 2 months my iron would off improved. I found today a warm bath helped me loads.
