Health visitor

I recently posted on here about my daughter being behind in her development and struggling to hit any milestones. She's 13 months and still not able to do much. Anyway today I take her to the health visitor to have general check in so nervous there gonna judge me and think I'm a bad mum

Hi. I remember your post and replied as my son is 14 months and not crawling or walking. I wouldn't worry too much about them judging you, you know you're not a bad mum and that's all that counts. I'd be interested to know what she says.

Try not to worry (I know that's easy for me to say, I'm not the one going) I've felt like I'm going to be judged before but my health visitor is lovely & gave me a list of playgroups to take the little ones to.

They're not there to judge, they are there to give help & advice. I hope you get the advice you need & everything is OK xx

I don't think anyone would think you are a bad mum because you are concerned and getting your daughter checked. If anything id think the opposite.
