What to do if you get hit in the stomach?

I was lying down and someone accidentally fell on me. It was an adult and they put their hand out to soften the fall but ended up landing on my stomach so it was like a punch in the stomach. Im currently 18 weeks pregnant. I know the baby is well protected inside but I felt slight pains in that side afterwards for a while. I don't know if it was me being paranoid but just wanted some advice please. I'm probably being over protective but just wanted to check.

If you to get it checked then you should get it checked. Also if you are blood resus group negative you might need anti d injection due to trauma. So call the number on your maternity notes

Give your midwife or the pregnancy assessment unit (number on your notes) a call. Theyll be able to tell you if you need to be properly checked x
