Palpitations?

I have been awaken or disturb by this strange palpitations on my bump. Is it normal to have beats (like a heartbeat) for an 8months pregnancy. Sometimes, it took like one minute or more palpation in my tummy.

Is the baby having hiccups? My son used to have them all the time when I was pregnant with him. He would mainly get them at night!!
