Anyone good at reading maternity notes for my sweep this morning

"Home visit and cervical assessment and sweep.

External genitalia & vagina normal. Cervix central partially effected, soft loosely applied 3cm dilated presenting part cephalic 2cm above spines fore waters intact. Sweep preformed"

What does any of this mean please? Is it good news?

It just means your cervix is gettin ready for labour (soft and 3cm dilated) and baby is head down which is good.

Just means everything is ready to go!! waters are still intact and your dilated 3cm, cervix is the right way so not facing backward or forward. all good!!
