Pain in stomach

I'm currently 18 weeks of pregnant and I keep getting sharp twinges in my lower stomach and back to where it hurts to walk. I'm slightly worried as I had an ovarian cyst at the beginning of my pregnancy which they said had ruptured and gone down. Don't know what I should do as I don't want to be a pain at the hospital

Hi Hun I'm 18+2 and having pains in lower left side and ALOT of pain in my back. Went to the hospital as I was struggling to walk this weekend and they've said my uterus is resting on my sciatic nerve but the DR also said at this point the body is making room and muscles are stretching where they've never had to before you're bound to get pain. If you're still really worried call maternity and see what they say X let me know how you get on

Thank you I know I'm bound to get aches pains and trapped wind pain and things. The pain I keep get shoots loads up my stomach and back I'm gunna give it a few days and speak with my midwife when I see her I think xx

Hey lovely, I'm 17 + 5 and definitely notice the twinges now and some of them have been rather sharp. Def get it checked if your worried but I hope hearing that several of us have the same that it eases your mind a bit xxx
