I'm not 100% what to do, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and the last 2 days I've been experiencing signs of preterm labour, however I'm not one for causing a fuss and cannot stand looking stupid if I have made a big deal out of nothing!
Basically it started yesterday, feeling nauseous, then dizzy, diarrhea (first time in the whole pregnancy), back ache, cramping, headaches, possible change in discharge also.
Felt ok when woke up today but as the day has gone on I've had similar symptoms start to come back.
Any advice on what to do please?

Speak to your midwife, better to trust your instincts. You have numbers in your maternity book to call both day and night. Wishing you all the best in your journey to sweet motherhood
I agree withSumiaramira. I was in hospital for monitoring half way through my pregnancy and there was a lady there in preterm labour. They gave her medication, not quite sure why, but if you are really in labour you may need steroids to mature your baby's lungs. Really, there I no looking silly. That's what they are there for. And usually midwifes are very supportive. Good luck.
Call the midwife or the hospital, better safe than sorry. I went twice to the hospital worried with baby's heartbeat and no one said I'm being silly, it's their job to check.
I think most of your symptoms are nothing to worry about but if you're having cramping these could be early labour but the might be braxton hicks. Worth checking out. Is baby still moving ok? I think if think about calling the midwife then call them. They'll have a chat with you on the phone if they think they need to see you then they will. If not they'll ask you to keep an eye on things. Better safe than sorry
