I got pregnant didnt find out till I was 5 weeks that I was pregnant I had not taken any pregnacare pre conception or folic acid and was not eating propley a d wasnt get folic acid through ceral as I am coelic with my other I did all the above I am concerned for little one and to make matters worse consulatant led

Hey, don't panic, your not the first person to experience this and you certainly won't be the last. Just start taking them now, better late than never and will still offer baby nutrition

Agree with Steffi_27, did start pregnacare vits once discovered my pregnancy at 2 weeks & all fine. Was taking folic acid, etc b4 though, as we were ttc.

Baby will be 6 months on Thurs & strong as an ox, so defo did him no harm to not have vits, etc. For first couple weeks :-) he's an active little fellow & very curious about the world. What did our mums do? - bet there weren't as many vits / health advice when I was born in 70s & we all lived to tell the tale!
