Poor you, I am also suffering quite badly from morning sickness and the frustrating thing is that every day seems different so it's hard to plan the day! Have you found any plain food that you can keep down? I'm having lots of toast and plain biscuits which seems least likely to set off worst sickness. Also even though you really won't want to go out much, I'm finding walking/cycling gently in the fresh air does actually ease symptoms. Have you tried finding a roll on stick with a smell you really like on it which you can put on you and smell whenever another scent makes you feel nauseas? Good luck and keep experimenting with what works for you-and remember it will clear up hopefully by 14 weeks latest! I'm clinging onto that hope!!

Hi Sandie,

Acupuncture worked for me - in fact I've carried on throughout the pregnancy to also ease digestion, constipation, tiredness, headaches and general lack of energy and no sign of varicous veins or piles.....so I'm defo an advocate. For more info: acupuncture.org.uk/public-c...
