Hi everyone I'm 16w5d pregnant today and I haven't felt my pregnancy since last week Monday do u think my baby is still fine I'm just worried help me out please

Lol I just heard something after I ate I laid on my back on a couch and pressed my belly not that hard and I heard something like heart beat u think it is I'm so excited
