Hello everyone, Is it safe to eat raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegars during pregnancy? I know that it has a lot of benefits. Thanks

Hey, I actually have no idea but the word 'unpasteurised' is something I would avoid. I think the NHS have a what's safe to eat page.
I can't see it would be a problem - vinegar (pasteurised or not) is used to preserve and prevent bacterial growth. It is listeria docs are worried about when you are told no to certain unpasteurised cheese and pate. And I know the NHS aren't even as clear cut on their cheeses as all unpasteurised are bad, it all depends on if their surface is damp enough to promote bacterial growth i.e. camembert bad, parmesan ok
