Congratulations!

The G.P should refer you to a Midwife, you'll be given a date for that.

If you've not done so already, have a look online on what to eat/avoid eating and also get some Folic Acid + vitamins for pregnancy :-)

Congratulations, wonderful news. I too love tea (was decaf too) and that was one of my first aversions- through the whole pregnancy!!

I had a crazy love/hate aversion, but with peas. Used to love those little green balls of joy. Now the thought of them is just offensive X

Thank you I was starting to loose hope and then here our pumpkin is!! We couldn't be happier xxx

Congratulations, and as for what to do next...I did not go to the GP I went straight to my midwife I just phoned my local birthing center and booked my appointment for around 8-10 wks pregnant. My midwife told me it costs the nhs a silly amount or every referral a GP does as they get paid per signature ( don't know how true) so try phoning them they can tell you I you need to go to a GP or straight to them. Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy x

Awwrh!

Congratulations & i can feel your happy energy beaming through on the post,

:)

Once you've notified your g.p he or she will refer your details on to a community midwife & you'll be given a pregnancy notes handbook which is just to keep track of your pregnancy details & journey ( if you like) from now to when your Lil bundle of joy arrives.

Good Luck :)

Congratulations. Enjoy every moment of your rollercoaster ride.

I went off diluted juice, yet went through phases of wanting cherry tomatoes and cherry coke (though had to make sure I only had half a can a day).

I love my cups of tea. I'd have hated it if i'd gone off it during my pregnancy in case it was permanent lol. xx

Awww congratulations :) you sound over the moon! Hope your aversion to tea disappears quickly lol I'm a fellow tea belly too & had to stop drinking it because it bloated me. Now babs is here, I can't get enough of the stuff :) xx

Congratulations what lovely news. I remember how I felt and it's such an amazing time.... try drinking ginger tea as it's actually we quite refreshing and helps with the sick feelings if you get them . I'm a tea drinker too and found the Decaf Yorkshire tea the best xx

I went of hot drinks initially but I'm fine with them now lol and congratulations either ring your gp you may not have to go in or ring your local midwife clinic or children's centre it just depends how things are done in your area. Otherwise just continue as normal other then foods to avoid there isn't much else to do but try to enjoy it everyone has a different experience of pregnancy.
