Hey...sounds like your body is getting itself ready :-)

Loose bowels normal pre labour clear out, baby may have engaged more? Any Braxton's?

I remember having some really strong pains in the weeks before labour, I put it down to strain on body as took my breathe away and weren't the same as the Braxton's I'd experienced.

I would say just relax and go with the flow best you can, exciting times await and your baby will be here soon. X

I think cheekymonkey3791 is right sounds like baby is on the way, I had all of those signs before I gave brith to my first. I know this Sounds silly and is easier to say Than do but relax as much as you can you'll be working hard soon ;) good luck x

You might be getting ready to go into labour but also the aches and cramps might be because you are dehydrated. A week is a long time to have diarrhoea, speak to your MW.
