Hi, as per my mised period i m 7 weeks pregnant. I had internal scan twice but not able to see any sac. started Bleeding heavyly 3 days back

And With heavy cramps in the abdominal. My hcg level is just 844. Doctor said may be i m misscarrying. Also may be the baby might be growing in the fallopian tube and better to abort. Anyone experienced the same?? Still i have hopes. Please help

Has the doc done a follow up hcg test to see the difference in the levels. This would give a good indication of what's happening.

Have to get the hcg report today. But doc says since there is no sac visibility even in 7th week it is better to abort. Is there any possibility to see the sac still in another scan. This is my first pregnancy after 1n half year married life.

My hcg level is dropping... and no sac found in internal scan... hope for the best next time..
