Hi i am 33 weeks i ache all over in the mornings i have a warm bath and i dont stay in bed to long in the morning i find the sooner im up and about moving about it warms and exercises my joints. The ribs are very sore and due to me having large blood clots in my lungs mine dont get better so i cant help on that one. I think the hip and joint pains are due to the joints sofening ready for the big day . Hope this helps

Hi, have you tried pregnancy yoga? I am 38+2 and have found it really helps with those aches and pains.

I'm 28 weeks and getting some hip and back pain. Midwife suggested sitting on straight backed dinning room chairs rather than the sofa or a pregnancy ball, and trying to keep mobile. Also, as above I do pregnancy yoga. Hope that helps x

God poor you! My only tip for the hip pain is make sure you aren't walking in flat unsupportive shoes like ballet pumps, it's a killer! Xx
