I've got growing pains at 16 weeks and this is my first baby. Anybody any tips on how to ease pain in hips and belly?
Get lots of pillows..there r pregnancy pillows but r quite expensive but yeh I used them between my6 legs, under my bump. Maybe get a hot water bottle and tht might help. Unfortunately it is all part of the territory and some suffer more than others. I had a warm bath b4 bed to relax as much as possible. X
Agree about pillows. I have one between my knees and tucked under my bump, another behind my back to stop me rolling over. I got a pregnancy pillow, but it's not as good and makes me too hot. I've just bought a pregnancy support belt which also helps. Plus pregnancy yoga class - found it through NCT. Good luck! And enjoy your next scan - it's a great one. X
Lots of pillows and a hot water bottle. Mine only lasted 3 weeks which was at about 23 weeks, my body adjusted and the pain eased. Good luck x
Thanks for your responses going out today to get more pillows. Ive woke up in agony this morning from having a pillow between my legs. So im assuming I need more for comfort x
