I dread bed time. I get really sleep irritated legs at night and can't get comfortable. Feel I have tryed everything from having hot milk before bed taking paracetamol and hugging loads of pillows nothing works. Does anyone have any advise for a better nights sleep?

Hi

This question is honestly a really tough one to answer as every person has their own personal way of dealing or getting their body to un-wind at night.

How are your eating habits ?, Do you work at the moment & if so what time do get to relax, have something to eat.

I personally have another child (nearly aged 5 yrs old) so once I get home from getting my son from school I'm on y feet until about 6pm which only leaves time to make sure I get something to eat & relax.

xx

I am working full time as a hairdresser so am on my feet all day. I do try and sit down every chance I can get. By the time I'm home I am shattered and don't want to do a thing so house work gets left until the weekend. I have to eat small meals regularly struggle to eat big meals. My legs prob get very achy due to my job. I can't wait until maternity leave 7 weeks to go xx

foot spa, pregnancy pillow or prop pillows around you when in bed, the soap and glory products are good if your feet get swollen or sore to hun :)

I've had a nightmare with my sleep routine. I suffer with restless leg, water retentional and carpal tunnel & not I'm nearly 35 weeks I'm really struggling. My MW advised sitting with my feet elevated and I've been rubbing cooling gel into them which seems to help. Also a few drops of lavender oil on a tissue under your pillow works wonders - even my OH has a better nights sleep!

It is agony being on your feet all day so I totally understand how you feel. Hope things get better for you :-) x
