Will she ever come out??

40+6 weeks, no show, not engaged, very little Braxton hicks over last two weeks, failed sweep and still a very wriggly baby. Can I push for a c section as she clearly has no idea what she should be doing and not sure that going through an induction and forced labour is going to change that?

I'm not overdue yet (39+1) but I just know I will be and I too wonder whether my baby has any intention of coming out here. Had prelabour symptoms for nearly a month now, pains, contractions, had Braxton hicks since 20 weeks progressing through time. Baby is engaged, very low, I was 1cm dilated almost 2 weeks ago, lost my plug and had 2 sweeps. Again more pains, constant Braxton hicks, contractions then nothing!! Tease after tease after tease and still no closer. Its gona be a looooong couple of weeks I think lol

...your time will come, then there will be the nights where you genuinely wish you could shove em back up there ;-p

I'm fairly sure Sammy would have been overbaked if my pregnancy was allowed to run it's full course!

Pretty sure me and splodge are heading this way too. I'm booked in for induction on Friday so I guess she will be here by the end of the weekend. The teacher in me wants 1st September, but the mum in me just wants her here and safe.

Can't bring myself to eat oil, I think I'd just be sick, but still babyless :-)
