Am taking sanatogen( mum to be ), pregnacare is good also.

pregnacare or cheap alternative. you need to avoid anything with vitamin A in it, because it can cause birth defects if you get too much (not from a normal diet, but if you have a lot of it in a supplement).

it can also show up in a very high dose wrinkle cream which contains retinol, or natural vitamin A. generally I think the high st ones are ok but the more expensive specialist ones with high dosage are the ones to watch.
