I work in an office and I have just realised that my left foot and ankle is swollen yet my right looks absolutely fine! I am 20+1. Should I be concerned at all?

One swollen foot and ankle - should I be concerned
I would drink a few pints of water, take off any tights or socks, or shoes, raise your feet high off the ground and relax for an hour or so. If you are still swollen after a nights keep then call the midwife.
Drinking more water actually help to overcome swelling
At 33 weeks plus 3, yesterday I had some socks on, well my feet went all bubbly lookingw ith a red mark were my socks had been, o raised my feet, drank extra water and now fine
Thank you!
Are you crossing your legs when sitting? I am on my feet all day and just a little ahead of you and in these past few weeks my shoes are getting smaller! (both feet) Some fluid around my ankles too. Good job most of pregnancy over the summer so can be in flip flops (there has to be some advantages)
You could take advantage and ask your partner to spend a little time massaging your ankles pushing fluid back towards your body with feel elevated, this may help and you might enjoy the pampering too
