yes I have severe joint pain lower back pain horrible pains in my legs. Balance is not good and can’t sleep at night am exhausted all the time. Feeling very frustrated as I now dread going to bed at night because it’s a long night when you can’t sleep and are in constant pain 🤷‍♀️🙏

Hi , have the same problem with pain, but have found that doing soft exercise , elongation , just 10 min. stretching and bending softly and slowly will help a bit. I started with 3 min.!! Hope it will help youBest wishes XX
