On April 24th , the Pelvic Radiation Disease Association are bringing together a line-up of experts to discuss Pelvic Radiation Disease (PRD) at our first ever virtual conference.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about what the charity does as well as gaining insights into self-management of PRD, current research and management of PRD symptoms.

The virtual conference will be in two sections: the morning will focus on supporting and informing people affected by PRD, while the afternoon session is aimed at health professionals, covering research and management of PRD.
You only need to sign up once to attend both sessions, and you can join for as much or as little of the day’s events as you like.
Very much regret I won’t be able to attend this as it’s my daughters birthday. I would like to make a donation towards this excellent charity though and thank you and all members for all the support given to each other and information I have gained. Am hoping a recording will be available? I finished chemorads in September 2020 and symptoms have slowly diminished to bowel incontinence and flatulence, mild compared to many of you but still such a embarrassment though. Am practicing pelvic floor exercises in the hope it helps, guess there’s nothing else I can do except hope I don’t get other symptoms.

2 questions. 1 Is this a Zoom type meeting? 2 will the discussion be general or is it aimed specifically at women (I very rarely see men commenting on here) ?
Hi Cruiseaholic , the Annual Conference will be streamed online via an events platform so people only need a device with an internet connection to attend.The conference is open to everyone, not just women, as PRD effects people of any gender.
