Hello, everyone!

My name is Izabella, and I was recently welcomed to the team here at the American Society of Transplantation as the new Transplant Community Program Manager.

My professional background is within Public Health where I have a passion for focusing on promoting physical, mental, and social well-being within certain communities and populations - in this case, the Power2Save Transplant Community!

I know that this platform has been quite dormant for a while, due to a multitude of different reasons, HOWEVER, I am taking on this platform to make it a safe place to encourage our community to grow, stay engaged, and feel supported along each your journeys with transplantation.

If you are a transplant recipient, organ donor, family member or caregiver of someone affected by transplant - regardless of your connection - YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!

I truly look forward to fostering the growth and relationships that we can build here. I encourage you to share your experiences and spark conversation around transplant related current events, questions, concerns, voice your joys, and more.

Stay tuned as we roll out more of our HealthUnlocked re-launch in the coming weeks!

Sending my very best,

Izabella (Izzy) D'Onofrio, MPH

Welcome, Isabella. We look forward to seeing what you bring to the party, especially with that relaunch. We are truly a blessed community with our transplants and now are blessed with your support on this important platform. Tell us how we can help.

So happy that you are here to help reinvigorate this community so that we can inspire, guide and help one another as donors or recipients. Thank you and welcome.
