Hi all, as a follow up to Jim's question on how do we describe our overall health, I have to add in that wellness, for me, has come through my daily yoga practice. I found having been introduced to yoga by my former transplant doctor, that by incorporating the best of eastern and western medicine disciplines, I could attain a stronger overall wellness mentally, spiritually and of course, most of all physically. How many of you out there, both donors and recipients, have found yoga to be beneficial. I have now started to practice yin yoga, in addition to the hatha yoga and also taking Tai Chi classes, for balance and mental acuity. Would like to know if others do yoga and have found this eastern practice and aid in achieving and maintaining overall wellness.
