Good morning I hope you are well

There was a time I worked as a Court Clerk and a very spiritual Client told me two things from the onset of his Trial

He would not be found guilty of the Rape Allegation

And those who are angry are those who hurt the most

As the Client was a very positive person he was acquitted of all Rape charges

A very interesting reminder

Did he do it? I don't think judges find someone not guilty because they are a 'positive person!' If he was judged innocent then yes.

Very true Jerry. However I have found that unkind people tend to view those as kind as 'weak' and try and take advantage of you. Or am I just being a cynic?

'sound becomes apparent'?

Today I have been exploring feelings of I'll will towards others looking at what upsets me and why that's the case.

Last Sunday my father died and the week prior to that I had just felt so angry towards anything and any little thing would have set me off because I was hurt inside and disappointed rather than it being deliberate malice!

Friday I was in a temper when my sister who is favoured had gone there and I had felt like picking up the phone in temper and swearing at her down it not out of malice but to do with raw pain but thankfully I never did and I am proud of myself for not having given in!

The Bible says fathers do not provoke your children and how right it was as there have been many injustices that have upset me over the years and Friday it just brought up the raw pain and anger in me due to the unfairness of it all!

On Sunday I had rung my mother to see what was going on as I felt the situation warranted a traditional voice call not beep beep by text and thankfully had my sister in law with me as we had gone on our usual Sunday walk and it was then I had found out the news that he had died and I wasn't surprised but still it was a shock though and she had rushed me off the phone like I was some kind of nuisance but again I kept my cool and I could walk away with my head held high as its not my issue that some people are rude and prove to myself and others I did nothing to warrant that kind of behaviour!

I am proud of how I kept calm and showed through my behaviour that I am the better person!

Yes there had been bad news but there was no need for rudeness though!

Please accept my condolences. I'm truly sorry for your loss. It's never easy loosing a loved one.

Mama might have been overwhelmed and discombobulated with the whole situation. Some do better than others during times of grief and shock. Loved how you remained cool under the circumstances. Its takes exercising great patience as you have demonstrated

Beautiful reminder. It takes inner strength, and patience to be kind to those that have wronged us through actions or words. More importantly, a mature mind knows when it's best not to engage. No point in rolling around the mud and getting dirty with the pigs.

Wow. That is so brilliant for someone so young. You should get an award or something! That is the best saying I've heard because it resonated so true. Being kind is different than being a doormat too. Don't let people lake advantage of you either. But you can be kind. I love it!
