Hi all

Hope you've all had a good day.

I got out a little later this morning as we went to the DIY first before I went out for my walk. It was a lovely start to the day but clouded over and was quite dark by around 13:30 so I did get caught in a little drizzle but not much.

I walked 27,966 steps which equates to 14 miles (there's a calculator online where you put in your height, how many steps you've walked and what pace your walking at and it calculates how far you've walked).

Hi lovely photos as always I don't know how you do so many steps I'll have to put mam's step counter on most of my steps are running up down stairs on a morning with cups tea in bed lol, will give more motivation to walk up down tenfort more lol enjoy your night 🌝xx

Ah but going to and down stairs is good exercise.

Ah yes, my friend was there, in fact there were many horses nut I didn't want to bore everyone LOL. Yes, just a bit of a stroll😂😉
