I had tuna with hummus mixed together and a Greek yogurt (strawberry) for lunch.
I was up at 3:30 am today and had a snack before going back to sleep. My receiver had alarmed. Other than that, I’m okay.😀👍🌈

It sounds quite a bother but as long as Don’t become unwell that’s the main thing. Gluten free fish sticks - I had a gluten free breaded cod. Very nice
We've been having gluten free fish sticks for me almost every Friday night lately. We had tofu and quinoa with brown rice this week one night and the quiche also, so we just have to figure out what to do for the weekend.
