Thank you, I had a reasonable day considering. I see that you were woken up at 3.25am, l was woken up at 3.10am GMT, l have no idea by what though.
I just could not go back to sleep for some reason, l tried everything! I walked around, quietly, nothing helped. I have managed a few hours sleep during the day, Hopefully tonight I will have a good night of sleep.
I hope that you have had a good day and your sensor has been behaving, No false alarms l hope.
I am very pleased that the sensor is behaving. Enjoy your nap if you manage to fit it in.
There is mixed advice on whether you should nap during day or not. I believe that if your body needs that little daytime nap you should just take that rest.
Things are going good, but I was up at 3:25 am today because the CGM alarmed. Went back to sleep for a few more hours before waking up, again for the day.
I'm still in my home, and on my own. Except for shopping for grocery's I live a very peaceful but boring life. I look forward to doing your Brainwork quizzes, they keep the old brains working, keep them coming Please. Andy
Thank you, Andy! I will be posting every day and have a lot of different types of themes for the BRAINWORKS postings. The next one will be posted very soon before I get lunch ready for today.😀👍🌈 Thank you for making my day!😀👍🌈
