I just wanted to send a separate post to you all to say thank you so much for all the support and lovely kind words you’ve written with regards to my current situation visiting my sick friend. Also the flower company refused to back down saying they guarantee the flowers were delivered fresh, unfortunately we don’t have photographs of the damaged stems... I think I’ll just leave a bad review and never use them again. There’s no point. I’ve seen my friend and my painting made her happy... I’ll order some M&S flowers or from a company that some of you have very kindly recommended and experienced. Thank you once again. I am in the US. I have fraud protection on my credit card. If I am ever dissatisfied with goods or services the fraud protection department will take it up with the vendor and recover the cost for me.
