I’m having weakness in my legs when I get up from sitting for awhile. When I’m walking for a little bit weakness goes away.
Anybody experienced this?

It is difficult to say with so little information. Did you ever have your adrenal function checked? Low adrenal function can cause hypotension when you stand for example. Have you ever checked your bp at the same time as your woozy spell happens rather than when you feel better? What are you managing to do in a day activity wise? Have you had blood tests for kidney function to check your sodium and potassium? Sorry for the questions but it really is a stab in the dark without any context. Have you mentioned it to your doctor?
Yes this is a big issue for me too. I am now off all meds as of a few weeks ago and still with weakness in my legs. I walk and stretch almost every day. Hope it gets better.

GCA is a form of vasculitis that affects the blood flow through diseased vessels. Gentle exercise is recommended because the circulation of blood improves when muscles are in use: the muscles massage the veins and prevent the blood stagnating. Getting the muscles started after resting requires care.
It's worth mentioning the symptom to your doctor as your medication may need adjustment.
What dose of Pred are you on? That can cause muscle wasting. If you could add more info to your bio (when diagnosed, what meds etc) then we can be more helpful.
Have had this problem, also. Have been on prednisone and moved over to actemra, but still had general fatigue and weakness in legs. Rheumatologist checked my vitamin D level and it was very low and put me on supplements of 4000 units/day. This has helped somewhat,so you may want to ask about that.
