have a look at this - and work you way your way through it… it should resolve issues. But if it doesn’t, then you need to contact HU as described in link..

Whether it's you or the system we cannot say, but the system does have a history of not being the best!
I suspect almost everyone has at one time or another!! But if it happens again - first place to look is your email spam folder ... Then work your way through DL's instructions. Then, if all else fails, complain directly to HU,
This occasionally happens to me. I always find it smiling at me in my junk folder. No idea why the clever sorting bits on my kindle sometimes take against this address.

Yes, sinceWednesday I just looked it up myself, instead of it landing in my email in box…it’s easy to do so, by googling health unlocked. But today it’s back as normal.
Fair do’s -but that doesn’t alert HU to the problem if it’s their end, and you don’t always know that..

That's why they are there... as I've said before, it might be your device.. and if so then you can probably sort it out. But it seems to have happened to a few recently - which indicates it's at the HU end of the piece of string 🙂
We would be DELIGHTED if you would "bother HU" if the simple approach DL gives doesn't achieve a recovery. That is all the intervention WE can offer and when that doesn't work - it is HU and a bug. But it is usually just DL and me complaining and they think it is just us.
Many thanks to DL and PMRpro and others who chipped in. Yes I found nearly a weeks worth of HU in my junk box. Now transferred to my inbox. If it carries on this way I’ll certainly complain to HU

My HealthUnlocked emails have been landing up my Junk folder since Wednesday too. Have added their address to my contacts but hasn’t made any difference so far.
