No quite honestly. I arrange my life round it with a strict afternoon nap, Magnesium, vit B 12 and sometimes Dozy Bears an over the counter little helper. I pace my activities. A big event will have a quiet day before and after. Avoid stress and practise acceptance. It is part of autoimmune diseases unfortunately. Don’t fight it you are not alone.

Not as such, but depending on what dose you are on, may indicate why.

But as you have no details on your profile that makes it a bit difficult..

Could be side effect of Pred, could be the PMR because you’re on too low a dose, could be adrenals stuttering to work again… more info necessary.

If you’re round or below 8mg could be adrenals -and only a slow taper, small steps, time, resting when you need, and patience will help,-

If you had given your post a more meaningful title - perhaps will the word fatigue in it, you would have got related posts to look at…

No, fatigue due to autoimmune illness is something that needs to be managed by adjustments to lifestyle and pacing.

Do please read it thoroughly as it explains and gives suggestions that may help you. There isn't a magic pill for everything.
