I haven’t been on pred since last autumn . Pain is manageable @ the mo’ .
But I do get these headaches, one sided ( right ) on the whole , from back of head , over scalp & pain in my eye or eyes . Lasts anything from a few mins to all day .
Seen Gp about it , she thinks it’s all coming from my neck . Physio Gave me neck exercise's , helped a bit . But flaring up again .
Has anyone else experienced this with pmr ?
By the way I was sent recently a hosp appointment for ultra scan on hands , wrists , shoulders & neck !
Regards
Lesley

I do get one-sided neck-to-above-eye headaches. They aren't terrible and I can usually get them largely under control by massaging the sore spot on the neck, and smearing tiger balm over the eye. Sometimes that isn't enough and I have to resort to a painkiller. Also helps to walk around rather than remain sitting, and to rest my head on a wheatbag at night.
