I forgot to add I have been very stressed recently, so wonder how much this may have plated a part. I think I am calming down a bit but am still not back to normal

Yes stress will, have an impact… have replied to other post re issues mentioned.

Just for information, you can edit your post rather than raise a new one… and have two running at same time.

PMR loves stress, it will eat it for breakfast.

I think PMR is brought on fully by stress and yes it still affects me at those times even though I've been on a maintenance dose for over 10 years xx

So without stress are you back to how you were before pmr, and what do you then do if and when it comes back?

No I've been on a maintenence dose now for a long time 12 years in fact I've had PMR.. ...its not true ... they keep telling people it goes away infact it often comes back at times of stress for those that get off prednisolone..I'm staying onmy 4 mg for life now as I feel fab... I'm not living my life like a yoyo up and down...Good luck on your journey xx
