We can't help - you need the HU Support line.

However. look at this first

healthunlocked.com/pmrgcauk...

and see if you can do anything yourself. It happens every so often and often rights itself after a few days.

If all else fails, scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a black strap line with links to Support at the extreme right (I think)

I recently had that problem M1222. What you have to do is add the following to your yahoo email contacts: notifications@email.healthunlocked.com. I hope this works for you.

That will work if your email has decided it is spam, Doesn't help if HU is having a wobbly!

I contacted Health Unlocked and these were the instructions they gave me. Since then I have been receiving the daily Health Unlocked email. My emails were not going into spam, but HU informed me that they must have been instructed the emails were spam. Don't know how, I didn't instruct them. However, all is well now.

Probably your email provider sent them there automatically- very often happens if something changes either with your email system or sender’s system and for some reason aren’t recognised as a safe sender….

Very often you aren’t aware anything has changed, until you don't receive them.
