Sick day rules,or not

This question has been asked lots of time but can't find any answers, may have COVID if positive do I do sick day rules or wait and see, thanks HW x

Depends how ill you are with Covid -this link gives advice when on steroids including Covid. Before increasing dose you should discuss with GP.

If it’s me I’d go by how I was feeling adrenal wise before Covid and how I am with it.
