Pred and statins shouldn't pose a problem. For some people like me, PMR and statins don't mix well. There are a few who have have had muscle problems on statins but most eventually find one they can tolerate if they try others.

I would always consult your GP or Rheumatologist for medical advice on medication. I take both without a problem, steroids in the morning and the statins at night.
